Hospital Rock is located in Three Rivers, California, United States of America. It is a historical site situated in Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Parks. The rock gets its name from the fact that it was once used as a Native American healing and ceremonial site, and later as a field hospital by gold miners in the mid-1800s. Today, the site is preserved and maintained by the National Park Service.
